When contacting Anchor Care, your phone call may be recorded for training, quality assurance, and coaching purposes.
If you do not wish your call to be recorded, please inform our team member when your call is answered.
If you would like access to a phone call recording, please contact our Privacy Officer and provide the date and time of your call.
