Our Qualifications & Training
We ensure our team meets the highest standards through:
- Formal qualifications in nursing, aged care, disability support, and allied health.
- Ongoing training in cultural safety, trauma-informed care, and supported decision-making.
- Compliance with the Aged Care Code of Conduct, including worker screening and ethical practice.
- Preparation for the new Aged Care Quality Standards, including clinical governance, food and nutrition, and personal care.
